If there are quality issues with your disposable vapes, please contact us for compensation.

Important Note:
Due to China’s ban on the import of e-cigarettes, disposable vapes containing e-liquid cannot be returned once sold. Any returned products will be destroyed by Chinese customs.

Compensation Process:

  1. Keep all damaged products and take a video clearly showing the issue (e.g., the product not working during use).
  2. Submit the video as proof, as it is required for compensation claims.
  3. Once verified, the factory will send replacement products with your next order. You may also receive 1-10 discount coupon codes, depending on the order amount.

Warranty Period:
All new replacement products have a 6-month warranty from the delivery date.


Box Mods and Pod Vape Devices

Box mods and pod vape devices (without e-liquid) can be returned for reimbursement.

Compensation & Return Process:

  1. Keep all damaged products and take a video clearly showing the issue (e.g., the product not working during use).
  2. Submit the video as proof, as it is required for compensation claims.
  3. Return the damaged products to us. Once received, we will report the issue to the factory, which will send a replacement.

The return process typically takes about one week to complete.
