Why hasn’t my product shipped after payment?

Payments via international wire transfer take 1-3 working days to process. Once cleared:

  1. The factory manufactures your order (3-7 working days).
  2. The logistics company picks up the package, and we send you a tracking number.

How long does delivery take?

  • USA: 2-3 weeks (via specific shipping agents).
